DALLAS–FORT WORTH, Texas — July 06, 2026 — When Chozn 2 Outreach (C2O) opened its doors in 2024, it did so with a handful of believers in its corner. Two years later, one of them has never left its side. This spring, Chozn 2 Outreach is honoring McIntosh Chapel Church for its constant, hands-on support — most recently through the church's "Spring Into Home" campaign, which helped power the giving at Springfest 2026.
The name fits the mission. Every gift at Springfest was something that turns a house into a home: complete bedding and pillows for a good night's sleep, towels for the bathroom, pots and pans and dishware for the kitchen, baskets of household cleaning products, and children's books to grow a young reader's library. Together, sponsors like McIntosh Chapel Church and key partners such as Power4Good, our Springfest 2026 Legacy Sponsor, sent 20 North Texas families home with more than $9,500 in everyday essentials — over $400 in items for every family — reaching 60-plus children from newborns to 17-year-olds across Dallas, Fort Worth, and the mid-cities of Arlington, Crowley, Lewisville, and Grand Prairie.
For McIntosh Chapel, "Spring Into Home" was a church-run initiative all their own — one that added something special alongside the individual campaigns our other sponsors brought to Springfest. What makes the church remarkable isn't the size of the congregation, or the size of any single gift. It's the size of the commitment. Their support has never been a one-time check or a single Saturday. Since 2024, the church has shown up in nearly every way a partner can:
That last part matters. McIntosh Chapel didn't just give; they opened doors. By linking Chozn 2 Outreach to other partners, the church helped build the kind of community network that lets a small nonprofit do big things.
"From the very first year, McIntosh Chapel has done more than support us — they've believed in us," said Emma Davis, Founder/CEO of Chozn 2 Outreach. "They didn't just write a check and wave from a distance. They prayed with us, served beside us, shared our posts, hunted down deals, and introduced us to the people who would become our partners. When you see 20 families carry home everything they need to start fresh, you're seeing what a faithful church can do when it decides to love its neighbors out loud."
The "Spring Into Home" campaign is part of Springfest, Chozn 2 Outreach's annual celebration that connects North Texas families with the household items, encouragement, and community support that help them thrive. Chozn 2 Outreach extends its deepest gratitude to McIntosh Chapel Church, and to every sponsor, volunteer, and donor who made Springfest 2026 possible.
Chozn 2 Outreach is a Dallas–Fort Worth nonprofit dedicated to meeting the everyday needs of local families with dignity, encouragement, and a sense of belonging. Through events like Springfest, C2O provides essential household items — from bedding and kitchenware to bathroom and cleaning supplies — alongside the message that no family has to start over alone. McIntosh Chapel Church is a Bible-believing, Bible-teaching neighborhood church that genuinely cares about its community — and that's more than a slogan. Small but mighty, its congregation believes in tithing back to God and giving forward to families, with members active across the music ministry, the young adults and women's ministries, and ongoing social outreach and volunteerism. With big hearts and open doors, McIntosh Chapel welcomes everyone to corporate worship on Sundays at 11:00 a.m.
