• PayPal & Zelle: We use PayPal and Zelle for secure giving. We do not store your credit card or bank account numbers. To receive a tax-deductible receipt for Zelle donations, please include your email address in the "Memo" field.
• Tax Records: We retain donor contact info only as required by the IRS and to issue receipts.

Regardless of your state of residence, C2O extends the following rights to all U.S. residents:

• Right to Access & Portability: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold.
• Right to Correct: You may ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete information.
